BREAKFAST
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

1 cup quick cooking oats
1 3/4 cup apple cider
1 T. butter
1 t. ground cinnamon
1/8 t. salt
Sliced bananas & blueberries,
optional.
Cook the oatmeal in the apple cider according to package directions.Stir in butter, cinnamon, and salt.Makes 2 servings.Pour into bowls and top with bananas and blueberries if you like.
